Sports, rumors, and humor from the Ben Franklin to the George Washington

R.I.P. Big Man.

Clarence Clemons just passed away after suffering a massive stroke earlier this month. It’s a sad day for anyone who’s ever seen Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street band in concert, or just listened to the Big Man play sax. Bruce & The E-Street band was the first concert I ever attended and seeing Clarence, all 6’4″ of him, stand up and play the saxophone was something I’ll never forget. I read his book, appropriately titled Big Man: Real Life & Tall Tales, which told some far fetched tales about his life, but also told many true stories which showed how awesome of a person Clarence was and how crazy of a life he lived. A true rock & roll legend died tonight, you’ll be missed Big Man. RIP.
