Osi to the Jets??

So after the Jets stole Plaxico away from New York Giants by the way of a couple voice-mails, it looks like they’re trying to take another stud away from The New York Giants. The Giants have lowered their offer for Osi Umenyiora to a 2nd Round pick from a 1st Round pick. The Patriots and Ravens are also interested in acquiring Osi’s *cough cough* talents.

The Jets need to make this move if only so that the Patriots or Ravens don’t get him. Plus the Jets have a horrible pass rush. They were T-8th in the league last year in sacks but that’s b/c they sent an 8-man rush every frickin time. They did draft two defensive lineman this year, except Kenrick Ellis might not even be able to join the team if he gets deported (No lie, he seriously might get deported because of an assault charge). Why would you not want to add a guy with 11.5 sacks and 10 forced fumbles last year. The Jets also just cleared up another $6 million in salary cap by signing David Harris to a 4 year deal (I have no idea how Magic Mike does this). This should be a no-brainer for the Jets, go get him.

UPDATE: Giants notified Osi and his agent that he is no longer allowed to seek a trade partner since the Giants cannot get a 1st Round Draft pick for Umenyiora (Thank you Mattern).

.

Do you think he left a cleveland steamer on all these girl's chest?
